This SHELIX head features 5 wings of knives with a total of 75 knives for installation in the CRAFTEX 15″ Planer, CT-055. All Shelix orders include at no charge: Five replacement KN400 carbide inserts, One 1/4” Drive Handle, One T25 Torx Plus Bit.

NOTE! – Due to manufacturer design changes of the gearbox in 2006, the gearbox on models made from 2006 and prior will leak if the gearbox seal is not replaced with the Shelix Head. If you have a 2006 or older model machine please make sure to add a replacement seal to your order to prevent leaks occurring from your gear box. Replacing the gearbox seal on machines from 2007 and newer may not be critical, but it IS recommended.
