SHELIX Cutterhead for DEWALT 12.5" Planer, DW-734

This SHELIX head features 4 wings of knives with a total of 40 knives for installation in the DEWALT 12.5″ Planer, DW-734.  All Shelix orders include at no charge:  Five replacement KN400 carbide inserts, One  1/4” Drive Handle, One  T25 Torx Plus Bit.  This Shelix head comes with bearings pre-installed on the shaft.

PLEASE NOTE:  This Shelix is shipped to you with the KN400 knives already mounted to the Shelix head.  To install on your Dewalt machine, you will need to remove the knives, install the head, and then remount the knives.  Because of Dewalt’s design on the DW-734 the hole in the machine housing is too small to install this head with the knives attached.
