The KN400 is a 15x15x2.5mm Shelix Carbide Insert, it is compatible with all of Byrd Tool SHELIX heads. Sold in boxes of (10).

The KN400 has 4 cutting edges. If you ever chip an insert, just change to a new side of the tip.
